Bac Ninh ranks 5 nationwide in terms of average score of High school graduation exam in 2023

On July 18, the Ministry of Education and Training announced the results of the high school graduation exam in 2023. Preliminary statistics of the Department of Education and Training, Bac Ninh province achieved many excellent results.

The province has more than 16,000 candidates taking the exam, the graduation rate is 99.66%.

The average score of Bac Ninh's exam subjects reaches 6.92 points (6.77 points in 2022), ranks 5th out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide (ranked 6th nationwide in 2022) after provinces: Vinh Phuc, Binh Duong, Nam Dinh and Ninh Binh; Physics ranks 2nd nationally, History ranks 5th, Mathematics and Literature ranks 7th nationwide…; 685 turns of candidates achieving 27 points or more according to the combination of university exams (625 turns in 2022); 531 exams with 10 points (in 2022, the province had 161 exams with 10 points)…

Nguyen Viet Khoi Nguyen (Nguyen Van Cu High School, Tu Son City), national valedictorian of block C with 29.50 points.

All the exam blocks have high average scores: Block A achieves 22.13 points, ranks 2nd nationwide; block A1 reaches 21.38 points, ranks 4th nationwide; block C reaches 20.47 points, ranks 7th nationwide; block D reaches 20.54 points, ranks 7th nationwide.

Especially among the 100 candidates with the highest block C nationwide, Bac Ninh has 21 students, including the only valedictorian in the whole country, Nguyen Viet Khoi Nguyen, Nguyen Van Cu High School, Tu Son City with 29.50 points; 3 out of 6 national salutatorian in block C both achieved 29.25 points… This is a particularly excellent result contributing to the brilliant achievements of Bac Ninh's education and training sector in the academic year 2022-2023.
